Our focus is not only on improving the aesthetic appearance of hair but also on supporting the overall health of the scalp and hair, helping individuals regain confidence and well-being.
We offer a range of services, including scalp health diagnostics, hair treatments, wig fittings, and silent appointments for women seeking privacy. Through our holistic approach, we provide early detection of scalp conditions and hair loss, giving our clients the tools they need for preventative care and healing. The integration of advanced diagnostic technology, such as our collaboration with Cell Wellbeing for hair analysis and holistic reports, enhances our ability to offer tailored, effective treatments.
Our core values include trust, integrity, empowerment, and support. We understand the immense impact that hair and scalp health can have on self-esteem, especially for individuals facing personal challenges. To this end, we are committed to supporting women who are experiencing hardship, particularly those fleeing domestic violence.
We believe in making essential hair and beauty services accessible, especially for those who may not otherwise be able to afford them. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive environment where women in need feel supported, valued, and empowered. By offering these services, we not only improve their appearance but also their overall emotional well-being, ensuring they feel ready to face life’s challenges.

Founder
Kristy Bautista - Our Founder
Kristy's career in the hair and beauty industry began in 1995 when she started her apprenticeship in country Victoria. Though she initially followed a traditional career path, it was clear to Kristy from the outset that she was driven by a vision of creating something more meaningful and impactful. After relocating to Armadale at the age of 17, Kristy nurtured a passion for making a difference and giving back to the community.
In 2009, Kristy took a significant step by opening her own hair salon, which became a cornerstone of her professional journey. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to supporting the local community that has supported her over the years—whether by contributing to school fundraisers, supporting small charities, or helping those in need.
Inspired by her desire to offer more, Kristy founded Hair Health Haven an organisation dedicated to providing private, professional hair and scalp services to vulnerable individuals in the community. Hair Health Haven was born out of Kristy’s belief in the power of self-care and the importance of mental and emotional well-being. The initiative provides a safe space where individuals can access vital services, helping them to feel empowered, dignified, and supported during difficult times.
Kristy continues to be a compassionate advocate for her community, seeking innovative ways to help others, create connections, and foster a spirit of giving back.

Our Buy One, Give One Haircut initiative allows you to make a positive impact while treating yourself. When you purchase a haircut, we’ll donate a free haircut to someone in need, helping them feel confident and cared for. It's a simple way to give back to your community while enjoying the self-care you deserve. Join us in spreading kindness, one haircut at a time!
It’s in the bag charity drive
We’re excited to partner with Share the Dignity for the It’s in the Bag charity drive! This initiative aims to provide women in need with essential items for their dignity, safety, and well-being. By donating a filled handbag, you can offer support to those experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, or financial hardship. Each bag is filled with items such as toiletries, hygiene products, and other necessities to help women feel valued and cared for.
As an official drop-off point, we invite you to bring in your donations and help make a difference. Together, we can empower women and ensure they have the essentials they deserve.
